Launching the #techBREK AI Workshop Series: From Vision to Reality
What an incredible start to our ambitious four-part AI workshop series! Last week marked the official launch of #techBREK at Microsoft HQ, and I couldn’t be more energized by what we accomplished and the conversations that emerged.
The Vision Behind #techBREK
When we conceived this series, we knew we wanted to tackle AI from four critical angles: People, Process, Product, and Perspective. With AI developments moving at breakneck speed, there’s never been a more crucial time to help professionals and businesses cut through the noise and focus on what really matters.
Workshop One: People – Building AI Literacy
Our inaugural session focused squarely on the human element of AI transformation. While AI gets tons of buzz in boardrooms and headlines, the reality is that most businesses still aren’t scratching the surface of what’s possible. The barrier isn’t the technology itself—it’s about figuring out that critical first step and developing what I call an “AI Growth Mindset.”
I was struck by the caliber of professionals who joined us for this morning session. The questions were sharp, the discussions were rich, and the hunger for practical AI literacy was palpable. It reinforced my belief that successful AI adoption isn’t about chasing the latest shiny tool—it’s about understanding how AI can amplify human potential and transform business outcomes.

What’s Next: Process, Product, and Perspective
The energy in that room has me incredibly excited for what’s coming next. Our second workshop will dive deep into Process—exploring how AI can transform workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Then we’ll tackle Product development and innovation, before wrapping up with Perspective—the strategic view of AI’s role in business transformation.
This series is shaping up to be something truly special. We’re not just talking about AI in abstract terms—we’re building practical frameworks that professionals can take back to their organizations and implement immediately.
