AI Keynote & Workshop Case Studies

Three engagements with German-speaking organisations, in their own words. Each began with a single session. Two led to repeat bookings.

Mark also hosts the EU AI Act Podcast, interviewing the rapporteurs and senior EU officials behind the legislation — useful context for European boards working through what the Act means in practice.

LEG Group, Düsseldorf: From One Workshop to a Full-Day Executive Offsite

LEG Technologie und Digitalisierung GmbH is the technology arm of the LEG property group, one of Germany’s largest residential landlords.

The leadership team first met Mark during an innovation tour to Dublin, where he ran an AI workshop hosted by the German-Irish Chamber of Commerce. The session was designed for senior leaders with mixed technical backgrounds — some deeply familiar with AI, others encountering it properly for the first time.

On the strength of that first session, LEG invited Mark to Germany to deliver a full-day workshop at the offsite meeting of the Executive Management Committee. That day covered current AI trends, hands-on work with real AI tools, and an interactive session on building and applying AI agents inside the business.

“The session was outstanding — highly professional, insightful, and exceptionally well received by all participants. We can highly recommend Mark Kelly to any organization seeking a thought-provoking, engaging, and expertly delivered program on Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.”

German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce: AI Workshops for German SMEs

The German-Irish Chamber runs innovation programmes bringing German SMEs to Dublin to learn from the Irish technology sector.

Mark has delivered AI workshops within these programmes over the past year. The audiences are demanding: business owners and senior managers from mid-sized German companies, with widely varying levels of AI experience, who have travelled specifically to take something practical home.

Each session is built to move from concepts to application, so participants leave with AI use cases identified for their own organisations rather than general awareness.

“His sessions are consistently among the highest-rated. He combines strong subject-matter expertise with the ability to make complex AI concepts clear, practical, and directly relevant to business audiences of varying experience levels. Mark is professional, reliable, and straightforward to work with, which makes him a dependable partner for programme delivery.”

Stefanie Ziska, CEO, German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce

Advantage Austria: Conference Keynote

Advantage Austria is the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber’s international trade promotion organisation, supporting Austrian companies in markets worldwide.

Mark was invited to deliver a keynote at an Advantage Austria conference, speaking to a business audience on where AI is genuinely creating value and where it is not.

Conference audiences are mixed by definition — different sectors, different levels of technical fluency, different reasons for being in the room. The talk was built to hold all of them, using real examples rather than abstract predictions.

“Mark delivered a very compelling speech with the right balance of humour and seriousness.”

Matthias Grabner, Director of Technology, Advantage Austria
